Yes, at any time from Plan & billing. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you have paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you have paid for.
No. It is a fast, structured second opinion that catches common forgeries and impossible terms. A clean result does not prove a document is genuine. Before you send money, confirm key documents directly with the issuer, the warehouse or the inspection company.

No. We don't charge success fees on the marketplace. Our income comes from verification, document checks and due-diligence reports.
